Riding bikes, Building homes, and changing lives
In the last ten years, the Fuller Center Bicycle Adventure has helped hundreds of people have some of the most meaningful experiences of their lives. They come to ride bikes and change lives by building houses along the way. Opportunities to be a part of the Bike Adventure includes weekend rides as well as 20-week rides like the one coming to our town on their way from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic Ocean. They typically ride about 75 miles a day with days designated as building days to build or repair homes along the way. The bikers spend nights in churches and share with people in the communities about their work.
The community is encouraged to come on the evening of July 17 at 7:00 pm to Fairfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church on outer West Delaware, where they will spend the night, to meet the bikers and hear them share their experiences. If you are a biker, you will not want to miss this opportunity.
