Raised in southern Illinois , Josh Garner was exposed to Gospel music by his singing family at an early age. A few months after high school graduation, Josh began his professional singing career with the promising Master’s Voice Quartet from Taylorsville , MS . At the time, the five young men involved in Master’s Voice were unknowns, struggling to make a name for themselves in the Gospel music circuit. However, in a very short time, Gospel music fans would come to know and love lead singer Josh Garner, bass singer Tim Duncan, now with Ernie Haase and Signature Sound, and pianist Stewart Varnado, now with the Dixie Echoes.

From the Master’s Voice Quartet, Josh was honored to receive the call to join one of Gospel music’s oldest and most respected quartets, the Florida Boys. Fifty-year veteran, Les Beasley, handpicked Josh Garner as his replacement to fill the role of lead singer with the group. Josh brought an instant spark and new life to the Florida Boys with his youthful energy, tremendous range, and dynamic presentation. Les Beasley is quoted as saying that “on any given night, Josh can sing any of the top three parts.” With the Florida Boys, Josh helped produce and was featured on hit songs such as “I’m Forgiven”, “Declaration of Dependence”, “For God So Loved”, and many others. Josh has been a featured soloist on several of the Bill Gaither Homecoming videos and concerts, the Grand Ole Opry, and the National Quartet Convention. Josh and his wife, Alison, make their home in Limestone, TN.  Scroll down below the logo to listen to "archived" editions of the show!
