Submit Your Event

Share your event with our entire listening area by filling out the form below. In the “event details” portion of the submission, please enter ALL details of your event: Date and time of event, full address of location, and any other details you would like to enter.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

  • Submit only one time events.
  • Events must be submitted no less that two weeks prior to the date of the event.
  • You must be a church or 501(c)3 non-profit organization in order to have your event posted on the WVYN website.
  • Your event WILL NOT be accepted if submitted in ALL CAPS.
  • Due to volume of submissions: We are no longer able to accept submissions via Phone, Fax, Mail, or Email.  All event submissions must be posted through this online form.
  • WVYN reserves the right to edit, reject or remove any submission at any time, for any reason.
  • We are unable to accept submissions for garage or rummage sales, “for sale” items, or business-related ventures.
